so an easy way to go big twinscroll-
1. jdm header
2. laser cut stainless oem jdm flange to mate up to oem jdm header.
3. place prebent tubing in jdm header and oval tubing on the turbo flange side and weld her up .

well pics still dont work, but if you click on each of the picture icons it will show you the picture in another tab, redited post with thumbnail pics but you wouldnt know since the pics dont f'in work. just click to see pics

Was there when I got the engine started. Have only driven it in my driveway. Everything looks good, the engine makes a consistant tick from the driver's side head though. What I get for buying an engine with a broken t-belt, my own fault. Compression was good, oil is clean even after letting the engine warm-up 4 times, no smoke from the filler tube, no oil leaks. The sound is steady and increases rythm with RPM.

I'm going to play it safe and have DB diagnose the problem.

Fabrication should be wrapped up this week. Intercooler done except for the tubing part that needs to be welded to the endtank. radiator and intercooler are headed to anodizing end of the week, and will return nice and black.

Thanks, im somewhat excited to have it done, but the other part of me doesnt care all that much to have it running again. Im currently looking for a new vehicle to drive as well so the STI may just sit around a lot not being used.
