Uh, brand? Whatever you like as long as it meets the requirements as listed in your owners manual.

i think they do offer refunds on a prorated basis. or was that just the extended warranty...?
that's what I did too...I lived in milpitas at the time and worked in S.F. I was getting oil changes damn near monthly.

Chill Out Cafe FTW!!!

there isn't anything too major up to 24k miles. oil change and tire rotation except for the 15k check, which includes:

Replace Engine oil
Replace Engine oil filter
Inspect Disc brake pads and discs, front and rear axle boots and axle shaft joint portions
Perform Inspect brake lines and check operation of parking and service brake system
Inspect Clutch operation
Inspect Steering and suspension
Perform Rotate and Inspect Tires

if you don't want to drive out to santa cruz for saturday service, hopefully you can get a refund. it's a nice drive getting there too.

Don't lump us all together. That just isn't right. I can speak honestly that I'd trust the tech that works for me to do anything right. He's awesome.

Do your own oil changes, its not hard and that way you KNOW it was done right. Plus with the labor money you save you can buy some expensive oil like redline
