If you do a bit of searching, there are 3rd party apps that let you run the SDK in a VMware window on a XP/Vista/7 machine to develop on.

all you need is the snow bootloader and an ISO of an OSX install disc

I like the one with the little grey scroll ball. The ball was perfect for make changes in small, smooth increments in Lightroom (photo editing). Now I have that new "magic touch" one or whatever and I'm not diggin it.

i think iphone will loose its edge in the long run vs android. for the same reason why mac is losing to pc.

The iphone and for that matter the ipod are at risk for the classic mistake of resting on market share.

The new iphone has some great new advancements but is in big trouble if they don't jump the AT&T ship. They need to get to Verizon. I like my Droid but I'd take an iphone in an instant. My droid is clunky, heavy and the slide out keyboard is useless... but apparently there is something new coming already. Yeah for being on the forefront for 5 minutes!

 

Mac is loosing to pc? Check the news apple passed Microsoft in value. Sorry doesn't matter how many pc's are out there company worth is what counts at the end of the day.


I don't even wanna choose sides I have 3 pc and will be getting a mac and I have a iPhone so there's uses for all of them and having both around keeps the market fresh and lets us nerd/geeks have gay arguments like this so really everyone wins ......and looses because I can stop reading these posts!

let me rephrase, apple computers vs window based computers.
you're not gonna tell me mac computers are more successful than combined success of pc's.
i was referring to how apple likes to keep everything to themselves while google/ms are creating os for everyone to use.
