I think I'd be in the hospital with a quadruple bypass after two bites of that thing.
I have seen some unhealthy things in my time, deep fried twinkies to deep fried bacon+snickers bar (apparently bacon and chocolate are good together), but THAT thing looks like it would kill most people...
It also looks like it would be very salty and make you super thirsty (I'm really thirsty right now and that thing is making me thirstier just looking at it... lol)

OMFG!!! My cardiologist would take that thing and beat me over the head with it if he knew I was even LOOKING at that!!!
That's a heart attack waiting to happen, and I can't afford too many of these heart attack things. They're a pain in the groin - from the cath inserted into the femoral artery.

I thought the bacon wrapped pork loin I made was almost the peak, but... you've shown me the ways. Put some bacon salt on it for extra effect.
