EQ Tuning Track Day 2 - Thunderhill - June 1st!

Our last track day was an absolute blast and people have been asking about the next one ever since. We finally got some time to plan it out, so here it is!

The format is going to be the same as last time. We're having a 40 car limit with 3-4 run groups. This gives us a nice open track and tons of track time! Last year there was so much drive time that we basically ran an open track after lunch.

Here's the info:

Track: Thunderhill Raceway
Date: Tuesday June 1st 2010
Price: $225/CAR

Catered lunch is available for $15 (Full Tri-Tip Meal including sides, desert, etc). You MUST pre-order lunch at the time of signing up. No additional food will be available on the day of the event.

Rental Helmets will be available for $35.

There is still plenty of time to get ready for the event, so give us a call if you're interested or would like to secure your spot. These spots sell out quickly, so sign up soon!

Thanks
-- Ed

UPDATE:
[b]Gates open at 7:15AM, Mandatory Driver's Meeting at 8AM

Last one was a blast - hope I can make it!!! No more convertible for me but I have no idea what I would be driving this time.

:(

How sad. I won't be able to make it this time. I am parting out my car. My car WAS ready to attack for this day too..... Oh well..

ed, can i bring 2 cars, and if one breaks drive the other?

my AE86 hasnt been to the track in 2 years, and it needs another shakedown day. But if i toss the tranny, i wanna rock my suby on the track.

what you think?

That should be fine. They're charging us per driver, so as long as only one of your cars is on the track at a time we should be good to go ;)

No mods are really mandatory for the track. Its usually a good idea to go out with a relatively stock car first so you can figure out what you like and dislike about the handling. Then you can plan for future mods based on that experience.

Its even better when you're tired as hell from driving :D

Seriously though, its well worth the $15. Good warm food, good variety, and you don't have to worry about bringing your own.
