For me the nearest E85 is a 40 mile round trip drive outta my way, so I dont know if I am going to do E-85 Debating between that and Meth inj.

No we got nothing right now. As you stated though you drive by the station in Sunol every day, so theres your answer get gas there.

It is entirely up to you on this matter. Personally I would go E85 over meth any day. BTW, I'm not sure if you guys heard about certain E85 stations creating sludge on the injectors from some of the EVO guys. But apparently the guy was pumping at a Pearson E85 station in San Jose or something. There have been no reports about Propel stations with this issue, so far it's just Pearson. Just a heads up!
I know it is a little easier for the EVO guys to switch between tunes I.E. literally just flipping a switch for open source guys so he may be going back and fourth alot hence causing the sludge.
As far as E-85 for me I am leaning heavily towards it but it is just not going to be as convienient for me.
If I go E-85 I will buy a good zetronix system so that I can switch between E-85 and 91 if I have to and know how what the e-85 percentage and quality in my tank is.

So you drive around out of boost a while for the ECU to realize how much fuel it needs to add or take away from it's usual mix, then the map is adjusted for you.
The octane is so high for the stock compression ratio that you don't need full E85 to support the timing map for the E85 map, so running a little gas is okay on a partial tank. The loss of octane won't kill you.
On the other end, switching from E85 to 91, since the octane is higher, it'll definitely support the 91 octane map, so no issues at all outside of the fueling.
I've done this OS for a couple EVOs, but no Subarus (except my own, which has been on E85 exclusively for almost 2 years now, I don't really go back and forth.) It's no big deal to be going back and forth, and it's actually pretty safe as long as you have a laptop with you and don't have too much in the tank when you switch.
