If you dont have any you can DIY with like insulation foam stuff that you should be able to find at a Home Depot OSH or Lowes. There is a DIY for Civics. but its going to be the same concept.

heres the link if your interested in it.

Great products, inexpensive, and great knowledge of many types of cars and several setups for each.

Just go there. Cheap and has a rundown on everything you ever really needed (and more) to know about sound deadening.

Holy crap that's ghetto. I thought I was ghetto but jesus criminy that's ridiculous.

if you want a cheap alternative diy ghetto status idea you can do what I am doing to my caddy and I used some in the front door of the suby...

peal and seal

Hell I need another roll of it to finish my caddy if you want to split one with me.

Tools I used for install... 1 full beer bottle (to drink), 1 empty beer bottle (after drinking to smooth rounded areas), one rag (the stuff turns everything you rub on it black), one blow dryer or heat gun (makes moulding it easier), one carpet razor, a roll of aluminum tape (helps keep the seems sealed).

That's it. I'd be happy to take pictures of what I have done on the caddy so far.

For the suby I basically cut card board and taped it over the open holes in the door and tossed a small chunk of this stuff on the inside of the door and the side directly under the door panel. Looks like **** but it works and didn't cost me $150. Cost me about $8 and made a HUGE difference in the mid range. Do a better job and get better results. I just through it on to test it.

Of the top end stuff... I'd get second skin.

+1, love eD stuff. looks and feels boutique but at a low cost.

I went with Dynamat Extreme and lots of it! I also used 1/2" Dynaliner on the roof and it made a huge difference. It no longer sounds like I am under a tin-roof when it rains and it is much cooler in the car in the summer. By far the best place to get this stuff is ebay, IIRC I got it cheaper than I did through a hook-up at a distributor.

Not a fan of putting petroleum products in my interior. Lightly toxic or not...

Forgot about Second Skin, I'm a Dynamat fan but I've seen good results out of SS as well.
