This thread probly has more relevance than 75% of the threads in BAiC because its a fast AWD car, its also a popular rally'er too, probly seen more dirt than 1/2 the subarus in BAiC
Half?! I think any Subaru that has seen ANY dirt has seen more dirt than 90% of the Subarus in BAIC. ;)
Not bad at all! 350whp on 91oct is no easy feat. Considering not a single Subaru at the last GST Dyno meet could manage to muster even 300whp...

Ed,

Glad to see your car is doing well, I'll drop by FFtec sometime to check it out and visit.

Are you stopping out of school to pursue an automotive aftermarket career? (or did you already graduate... I must be getting old)

Ambert

unlmtdndeavor Jun 13, 2007 08:25 PM

forced: you're right, the dyno does tend to read a bit lower. i plan on doing some back to back runs at the other shops this summer just go get a solid comparison.

verc: whats up ambert, haven't seen you around in a long ass time man. no, i'm definitely not stopping school to pursue and automotive career nor have i graduated. I'm in my 3rd year at Cal Poly...finals week right now..i'll be home in less than a week...hopefully tuned shortly after

That's cause all the high HP BAIC cars were right next door in the shop getting motors replaced. Mine included.

I have a tendancy to keep it on the street. A couple gravel roads here and there, the one time I hop into a field next to Ray's house I wipe 1st and 2nd gear. Streets 4 mi
