wow.....not to many folks happy with them lately.

I personally have chosen not to deal with them for many reasons. For one I find their customer service sucks. I found that they rarely answer any questions or respond to emails in timely fashion if at all. I generally find better prices out there with people like gruppe-s or mpj and they are way cooler folks to deal with. Just me.....

i just don't understand why people buy from Vivid. i hear so many complaints about them, and I'm not even talking about the rediculous prices. I mean you'd have to be a complete idiot to buy anything from them when you can get the same item for far less w/ better shipping costs from Gruppe-S or MPJ.

The only thing I appreciate about Vivid Racing is that they have a nice website... which I use as a browsing catalog. Then I find what I want and go to MPJ or Gruppe-S
