College football player decides not to move during an entire play

This is hilarious. I just saw this article and video on yahoo about this FSU lineman who just freezes after the snap and doesn't move until the play is finished lol The article explains the reason:

Yeah they did explain why ,but i've never seen this before lol ..but didn't he realize that everyone was gone from the line of scrimmage??? lol

That looked really funny but was a really bad idea... That could have cost his team big time.


Reminds me of when I play my friend on Madden 99 (yeah, I play that old game), he sometimes gets distracted and forgets that we're playing so his player will stay on the line not moving at all, just like that guy.

Why exactly did he do that? So he wouldn't get penalized? But there were no whistles or anything...

FSU's whole O-Line does that at times. I think its to fool the front seven and get a quick pass behind the linebackers.
