Sup Maurci, yeah i pre-ordered mine at Gamestop and the line was so long i drove around for the line to die down ended up at Pinole Best Buy went it and picked up a copy of a prestige edition in 15 mins! Best Buy got their ish together!

IW took the servers down so they can add more to handle the massive amount of people playing online. Apparently it also messed with PSN because some people have been having problems playing other games online.
But I hear the servers are back on, but it sounds like its hit and miss for getting on.

if you're having trouble partying your friends, the fix so far has been
1)receive invite, keep MW2 open
2)hit PS button, scroll to the 2nd most right icon, hit triangle, sign out, sign back in
3)accept invite
that should fix it. but you may appear offline until you exit the game.

IW said they'll be releasing a patch Friday, I'm assuming thats to fix the party issues.
