That's right everyone. The freakin check engine light came back on. Cylinder #2 again (third time now). Tomorrow my husband will be taking the car to Santa Cruz Subaru. I can't believe we have to drive 2 1/2 hrs away just to get good service. I am so ready to have this car fall into the lemon law and buy a new one.

Anyways, hopefully santa cruz will fix our problem.

Does anyone know details about the lemon law? The research I've done says 3 consecutive times with the same problem and that car falls into the lemon law. I called subaru and they said it has to be 4 times. Anyone know more than me?

Today I woke up at 5 a.m so that I could drive to santa cruz and get back by 10:30 a.m to make it to work. Bruce was very nice and helpful. As he started to enter our info in the computer he noticed that Green Valley hasn't put in any warramty claims. My car has no record at all as if it never had any trouble. This sounds shady to me. I'm worried and pissed. I'm calling SOA, but I doubt they will help. I want a new car not a piece of s**t. I hope they will understand and not try to bullsh*t me.

I kept getting similar codes on my old car, 97 OBS. I thought it was the cheapo plug wires I used. Turns out the fuel/injector cleaner I kept dumping in was causing misfires. I stopped using it, monitored codes, CEL gone, codes gone, happy owner!
