5 slices of thick smoked bacon from my local market, 3 eggs scrambled with grated cheese, garlic, black pepper, alae salt, olive oil, 2 potatoes cubed, pre-heated then pan-fried with butter small amount of onions and garlic, 2 slices of toast from home made bread. With 2 cups of coffee (roasted last week at the local coffee roaster).

Pretty much the above. I like to make breakfast burritos of different styles as well as an egg/bacon/cheese bagel or muffin. Mmmmuffin.

Since my trip to Europe last year, breakfast is usually a big double latte with a 2-egg ham and swiss cheese (cave-aged ementhaller and/or gruyere) omlette.

My cholesterol numbers have actually improved with this program.
