I had those on my truck for awhile....they were excellent for the crappy roads around here full of potholes, and deep mud, snow, rocks, sand, etc.....but only getting 26,000 miles outta them is kinda expensive......at 260+ bucks a piece.

I was thinking more along the lines of those solid rubber tires you see on some tractors....they'll last forever, and never go flat!

LMAO

Go cheaper if you do a lot of city driving, esp in Oakland or SF. I'd recomment Yoks ES100 or Kumho Ecsta Supra 712. Anything more than $100 per tire for the final cost just won't be worth it... that is, of course, unless you've got tons of cash to burn ;)

fock ES100s, I have them, and I'd rather shoot holes in them than listen to them SCREAM and BIITCH while I'm cornering!!!

psoper 12-01-2003 05:08 PM

If you stay out of the snow-

Michelin Pilot Sports

not cheap, and they don't last forever, but they be hella grippy
