Hey Cliff! Please also add Joanna to our Lunch roster and Kevin Du to grill service. They are new to BAM - Kevin says they just relocated here! Thank you!

All of you volunteers that ordered zip ups... hit the swag tables first thing. They're running really small so you'll want to try them on.

Really nice pieces though. I'm bummed I won't get one. Super nice.

Now all y'all who were hemming & hawing about volunteering will be so jelly that you didn't commit sooner to helping out.

And now I'm kinda bummed too that I didn't bother ordering a Ltd Ed zip up.

Fortunately for you... you're small. I'm sure we'll have one. LOL!

They really are nice. It's a high end hoody that's eco friendly. Only one I could find in the exact color I was looking for.

added Kevin (ktong721) to Clean-Up

ATTENTION TO ALL:

The grill & lunch service crews need help in a major way! Please sign up to volunteer if you can.

The clean-up team isn't as critical but feel free to offer a helping hand there if that's more to your liking.

Thanks in advance.

GRILL COOKS
It's BBQ season! We need cooks, home or professional to give us a help with manning our grills! Each shift will last about 1.5hrs so we need a lot of you to help. In the past some people have been stuck there all day in the sun and to the point where they have had too many beers! Let's get a good amount of staff so we can rotate everyone out and around.

Please note that the veggie option must be cooked on a separate grill using separate grilling tools! Thank you.

Lead -- Scott (SkizzDawg)

  2. Scott’s Dad
  3. Julio – Scott’s friend

LUNCH SERVICE
If you like to set people straight.... Lunch Lady job is here for you! You will be assisting in getting the right people their lunches at the right time, making sure everyone is a prepay and does not take more than they are supposed to. Very important role as any mishaps here lead to a longer waiting time for food.

Co-Leads -- Caitlyn (beLittled) & Cliff (boardoholic)
  1. Jacob (wombatsauce)
  2. Mason (Blazingbuda40)
  3. Kenny (kamnewton)

GARBAGE & RECYCLING / CLEAN-UP
For us to be able to have our events, we need to leave the area as clean or cleaner than we first got there. We have been very successful at this and are looking for helpers once again to give us a hand to make this park clean! You will be helping during the event and after, easy job if it is done throughout the day!

Lead -- Cliff (boardoholic)
  1. Kevin (ktong721)
  2. TBD
  3. TBD
  4. TBD

SECURITY
You’ll be tasked to ensure safety & order. Should things get dicey – i.e. people cannot behave themselves or they cannot get along with others, you’ll step in to neutralize the situation. Please report in at 10:15. You'll be expected to "work" the entire event, but please be sure to enjoy yourselves the whole time as well.

There's a couple more that will not be listed so...... don't act a fool you'll be removed instantly

Lead -- Justin (bluwrxwgn)
  1. G-14 Classified Alpha
  2. G-14 Classified Bravo

Yup, I'll be playing Tetris again this wknd w/ my silver girl. But I don't think it'll be as challenging as the last 2 times since I don't think I need to bring as much. Well... that's the plan right now at least.

We're stilling looking for 10-12 volunteers to round out our grill, lunch service, clean-up & security teams.

Other than helping just because you're an awesome individual, you also have the chance to buy a Limited Edition zip-up hoody!

Plus, you'll also have the opportunity to eat with the "pre-boarding" group before general attendance lunch begins.

And as noted in my post right before this one, you'll have a chance to score a couple prizes in a special "volunteers only" raffle during the post-meet wrap-up BBQ chill session.

Thanks in advance.

It's still not too late to sign up and be on the "official" roster.

Read my post 2 above this one for why you should volunteer.

I will help wherever needed.

I messaged Heedz yesterday or early this AM and told him I will help tomorrow. I'll be there in the morning. I'm looking forward to this and seeing everyone, since I missed out last year.
