Anyone know where to get an AEM CAI with the CARB sticker?

I've never seen any of the 04-07 stuff come with a sticker (but I've only sold/installed a few of those). I know for a fact all the 08+ comes with a sticker.

So it looks like from this the 06 STi gets the sticker but the 07 STi one doesn't. Should I just buy the 06 and put it on my 07? I can't see how they would really be different from each other..

This CAI will be CARB legal for you:

they aren't all street legal, thats why
here is the lists of what is/isn't legal.

if you dont see it saying YES, its not legal and doesnt come with a CARB sticker

The carb exemption should be just as good as the sticker. This worked for my 02:

Both intakes will pass smog no problem. But the one with a sticker is legal and the one without a stick isn't.
Stupid.

it is what it is...they will get them approved over time.

we have included these lists under our intakes so the customer can decide if they wish to take the risk.
I'm sure the probability of anything going to court or the scenario above isnt likely but its the only worst case scenario i can think of at moment.
Thank your elected officials for the BS laws and have none of them make sense
*FYI- on a side note, firearms work the same way in California (its called a drop test and every make/model need to be on the "approved" list for it to be allowed to be sold in the state)...talk about a bunch of crap
