One of my best friend's (Hannah) is moving up from San Diego and is looking for a room to rent in the San Jose / Santa Clara / Peninsula area. Move in date is a little flexible, but needs to be by the beginning of November for sure.
Hannah is 25, college grad looking for a career in the bay area. She's friendly but not hard-partying-at-home type. Hannah's lived on her own for years and knows how to take care of a space. She's not flush with cash (read looking for cheap-ish room), but is dependable and will pay her bills.
No boyfriend, so don't expect overnight guests
