Ordered my 2012 PBP STi Hatch on 12/07/11.
The wait time is widely varied, could be 6-12 weeks from different reports I've seen.
Got it through the Costco Auto program for a bit over 34K.
I'm carless until I get it, so I'm borrowing cars on occasion and walking/riding my bike a lot.
Can't wait!!
