haha i used to work there... i'm not proud of it.. they even delay and screw over their own employees
I bet they probably tried to give you the run around then slap you with a restocking fee even though the part is not in stock and give you more delays then would make you wait til you get your money back which will take months since they don't credit it back to you but instead write you a check after so long that would take days to get to you

 

pham im down with what sam said, for a small fee that is I say we take the B&N group and the bikers to their shop and harass them til they credit it back WITH interest haha

and call the credit card company in the mean time.

 

i used to work @ Andys when Andy still owned it and it was on Tully. I quit because of the things i was asked to do on a daily basis. i dunno just wasnt right. The practices of stalling and making excuses seems to be in the employee manual or something.

Jalal aka Jay over there is the only one i can trust to get things done in a resonable time frame....everyone else is just ehhh.
