Andy's Auto Sport===*******s

I hate this place.Don't ever shop there.
I order some shocks and springs for my MR2.
Come to find out they put the wrong price for the shock.
I asked them if I still get it for that price, but they said no.
I told them that was false advertisement and I should still get that price.
They said we'll lose a lot of money. WELL....
I told them to shove it and Canceled my $500 order.
This was back in OCT. I still haven't gotten my return check yet.

if you want your money back bug them everyday, until it happens...
i used to work there, nothing im proud of, they have a whole team with a certain process for delaying and changing returns/cancellations into sales...

you can also call or write the better business bureau. Here is the link. http://www.bbb.org/

Like dude said, hastle them every day or two. At the LEAST twice a week

Oh, did you use a credit card? If so, file a fraud complains with your CC company.

bbb can't really do anything. AFAIK it's not a government agency and is only an organization which helps people look at if they should do business with a certain company.

I sure hope you put that 500+ order on a credit card. If you did, file a dispute, and let their lawyers get the money back.

Go to the Solano County D.A.'s office. If the dealership I work at can use them to prosecute people who pass bad checks to us, maybe the D.A. can help you out, too.

Good luck!

Just call up your credit card company, tell them what happened.
The credit card will restore the money to your account, and will go after them themselves, easier that way.

bbb will make them send you the money back. it might take a little bit of time but they can definately make them give you your money back. if they get enough complaints against them, bbb can charge them with bad business and make them pay $25k fine. Trust me, i know from experience.

this is the best way and the only way 100% to get your money back.. it will not cost you a penny or any other interaction with the shop.

You should go in and threaten their families and pets. It's worked for me.
