8th Annual BAIC Meet PotLuck/Need List
 

Hi all.

Let's start coordinating for food for the event. Here is an idea, everyone bring $5 or $10 worth of food. That's pretty fair. Someone can bring hamburger patties, hamburger buns, hot dogs, fried chicken, potato salad, drinks, ice, utensil, condiments, etc. If everyone pitches in, there should be more than enough food for everyone.

So... let's start this... Can I get a volunteer to bring:

$5-$10 worth of hamburger patties

Package of Hamburger buns (You can get 16 for $3 at Costco

Hot Dogs

Hot Dog buns

Condiments

Chips (Gigantic Bag of Tortilla chips at Costco for like $4)

Salsa

Plates, Utensils, serving utensils

Water ($4 or $5 at Costco for a big 24 pack)

Someone bring a cooler.

Someone bring package of Ice.

Beer. (Enough said. Please drink responsibly)

Charcoal and lighter fluid.

Let's start with that. So if you are interested in helping out, volunteer to pick one of these items up for the meet. We can add more items when these things are taken.

I dont mind bringing water too. Its probobly going to be pretty hot so water would be nice for everyone. I just dont have a cooler or bins to put them in ice.

You guys not hungry or something? Bring food. There are a bunch of BBQ pits. Offer to bring a package of hot dogs or something. Sharing is caring.

No worries dude. I'll add something to the list. We can have someone volunteer to bring coolers, and someone else to volunteer to pick up ice.

Screw bringing food! Give me 5 bucks and I'll make sure you have a sandwich.
