2019 BAM Volunteer Thread
 

Hi Subaru family!
As you may or may not know, BAM is an event FOR the Subaru community put on BY our community. We are completely volunteer-run and count on wonderful folks like yourselves to help keep things running smoothly! This is our call for anyone interested in volunteering for our event:


[u][b]Volunteers will have the option to purchase a special color for their event T-Shirt! [/b][/u]Post a comment below if you're interested in a shift/position or DM me! Thank you in advance!


[u][b]Parking[/b][/u]: You will help on the infield, staging the Vendors and Car show before general admission!

[u][b]Check-in[/b][/u]: An essential role! Help get folks checked into the event. Help check-in pre-pays as well as on-site/day-of ticket purchasers!

We're still looking for people to assist with Check-in & Parking. Even though the roster for Raffle shows a few unfilled slots, we might be set as we've got several trusted regular helpers who staff this.

Along with lending a hand simply cuz volunteering is awesome, don't forget the cool perk mentioned in the 1st post....

And I hear that the special colorway for volunteers is sick! But since the shirt and hoodie prepay period ends at 11:59pm THIS Tuesday, Sept. 10th, you only have a few days to pull the trigger on being able to order the volunteer shirt!

So like I quoted here from the 1st post, either shoot Derrick a DM or post a reply to this thread in order to volunteer! This great event really shines only through the wonderful support from all y'all awesome volunteers!

We need your help, esp. if you've pitched in at past BAMs. But we're more than happy to have newcomers offer a hand!

And remember, you also have only less than 2 hours to get in on the [color=Purple][b]special colorway[/b][/color] as a volunteer since the shirt & hoodie pre-order period ends at MIDNIGHT!

If we get enough to do on-field parking, I'll do check-in. Derrick will update the roster as soon as he can.

I don't facespacesnapagram, but I hear they're looking for volunteers via social media as well. Crossing fingers that we get these teams fully staffed.:thumb:

I have been trying to make it happen but it looks like I can't make it this year. I can't turn down work :(
