I voted Stafford Lake Park.
I'm not 100% positive, but iirc, I like the idea that was mentioned in one of the 'feeler' threads about this year's annual meet in which the venue would alternate fr North Bay to South Bay. This is kinda like how many national industry trade shows or conventions swap coasts every year to may travel 'fair' for most attendees... i.e. West Coast to East Coast.
Just my $0.02

GF's from the northbay, I'd probably drop by my first huge meet (since I've been a member since 2002). And yes, the northbay has a lot of open space, probably a better site for a huge gathering and driving.

Horseshoe pit (could be used for check-in/organizer spot)
Shade - plenty of shade - open space - several acres of open space to picnic, set up pop-up shades, etc.
Picnic tables - seating for ~80 directly by the BBQ area - although we tend to spread out - see ACREAGE above
BBQ pit - enough space to run a nice little grilling operation
Another view of picnic tables
More picnic tables
Electricity - plenty of it!! Several different locations
Running water!!
Fire Extinguisher - handy to have along
Another shot of the open space
More (different) open space
Parking lot close by
restrooms close by - wheelchair accessible for those concerned
Overflow parking - nice and level
More overflow parking - nice and level
