And that is a bad thing how?? You can organize the vendors, organize the rental of the facilities, manage collecting the money, and show up that morning with a load of money for the trip to Costco. That's all you have to do, and you have to do that at either location.

We have at least two Foresters along with at least 3 other vehicles lined up with people willing to volunteer and carry whatever we're not able to stage at our local vendor shop the night before.

You don't even come close to comprehending how many people are willing to help if the North Bay location is selected.

Depending on the actual date, I would be headed over from Davis, and down to caravan across 128 and 121 past Beryessa and Napa if anyone from out here is interested.

I vote North Bay for many reasons, and my personal residence location to the potential Novato park's geographic location isn't one of them. I'd say 70% of the fun of the annual BAIC meet, is the caravan to the location. Obviously I'll probably miss out on the 50+ car caravan if it's in Novato, as I live so close, that any caravan set up would probably entail a smattering of cars, as opposed to a damn army. That being said, I can see why a lot of the SJ guys, and others close to Hammy are down to make a drive to Novato if it's chosen, and have even voted for it. If it's not Novato (North Bay option) it just means I get to go with the massive caravan from Krispy Kreme down in the south bay like we did back in 2007 (I think?).
