VF22 is far too small to expect 400 whp. You need something like a GT30 or GT32 for that.

i have the vf22 with all supporting mods and i dynoed 290hp and 280tq to the wheels. 93 pump gas 19psi falling to 15.5 or so because the stock bov was leaking. i since replaced it with a greddy type s and it now holds 18psi no problem. hope this helps

VF 22 Life

VF 22 is a really bad turbo for high boost application because it using a old ball bearing design, it' live under high pressure > 22 psi ~approx 10 000 miles !!!

I have one and it seems to be just fine cheap and good power but dont think you are going to get 400whp out of it.

If you want 400whp, try something like a gt30r, I know some of our Vendors sell kits.

A VF22 will last more than 10,000 miles, even at full boost. But it won;t even make 400 crank horsepower, let alone at the wheels. ;)

your gonna need like a gt3040 w/ a build motor stroked etc.
