even if that's how he got his children many many people have spent money to buy children. all adoptions and othe means of having a child through someone else cost money no matter how you look at it. Granted may not cost as much as he paid out but still nothing different than how I have to pay to adopt a child in most cases. I know I have looked into adoption many times.
