1. really bad MS PAINT
2. it has a website name in the bottom corner, so you probably found the image on some website
3. its in a bitmap file format which means your a noob and saved it as that (becuase thats the default saving setting for MS paint)

no, its old, REAL old, but it was real "sort of", put together for the SEMA show in like 01 or 02 IIRC to show off 40" wheels, but it didnt drive on those, tires were fake.
