I purchased this product to help divert cool air into my stock intake...I believe it does what it is advertised to do...however, I purchased a Cusco radiator shroud and completely blocks the passageway of the diverter...so I had to remove it...
This air ramp would still work with other radiator shrouds without the fingers like the Cusco...the straight cut ones like the Perrin should work fine...
It does require trimming to the top of the grill for optimal airflow...easy with a Dremel tool...
