Description: Detonation or knocking can destroy an engine in no time flat leaving you with a repair bill that can cost you thousands of dollars. So how do you KNOW that you are knocking BEFORE its too late? The TurboXS KnockLite (TM) will detect even minor, inaudible detonation and flash the multicolored LED to alert you to the knock so that you can do something about it before its too late. The KnockLite is a must-have product for anyone that is modifying their engine for more power. The KnockLite wires into either your factory knock sensor or into separate knock sensor (sold separately) that is mounted to your engine block. As an added bonus, the KnockLite also comes with a programmable shift indicator.

Pros: ability to monitor engine knock and is also a shift light
Cons: does not come in a stealthy black

Install was a breeze if you are good at wiring. I used protective cable wrap for the wires which I highly recommend. You can use the stock ecu or aftermarket one. As of right now I\'m using the stock one and it definitely works. Programming was a breeze and it really works. You will probably have to play with the sensitivity settings but that only takes a few minutes. Looks cleaner than the knocklink and is also a shift light. The leds (green, amber, red) are bright and easy to see using Peripheral vision. Just wish it came in black though. I\'m thinking about using black shrink tuning over the shiny housing.
