Description: The XX Tuning Header Kits are made from stainless steel and have a 4 to 1 collector design. Included is a 3 Bolt flanged Up-pipe with a velocity chamber to provide an increase in exhaust velocity. Average gains have been 15-20 wheel HP & TQ. Higher dyno numbers have been seen with more bolt-on modifications.

Pros: Excellent Fitment...no problems...
Cons: manifold to up-pipe connection...tough to install...

Similar if not the same to the GT Spec II Header.

Installation wasn\'t too bad except for the afformentioned manifold to up-pipe connection. Instead of the typical 2 bolt connection, the XXTuning uses a three bolt, and the 3rd bolt farthest from the passenger wheelwell was tough...a ratcheting box wrench is a must for this install...

Also, make sure you always use new gaskets when installing headers...

Pros: Excellent Accelerations, smooths out your engine...
Cons: Like all header installs...it\'s a pain at times...

Excellent product...3/4 equal length header...meaning, the one side (2 runners) are 3/4 the length of the other 2 runners...smooths out the Subaru rumble a bit...but not all.

I have not experienced any loss of power and am very happy with this purchase. I run this header together with a PDE Downpipe and B&B Cat-back. At idle, it sounds like a Harley...low and mean...upon acceleration, it sounds similar to the WRC car...not Hondaish...mean and raspy...
