This is the factory STI downpipe found on GDB STI's in Japan. Required part to fit JDM aftermarket exhausts to US-spec cars (or find a JDM-spec aftermarket downpipe). Can be used with any axleback muffler if used in conjunction with the JDM STI midpipe also. If used in this configuration, it has only 1-cat vs. 2-cats on the US-spec STI downpipe/midpipe combo. In Japan (and some other countries), the downpipe is referred to as the frontpipe.
