Looking for gauges? Here's a quality solution. You actually can tell what's happening with Ecutek Monitor! Boost, AFR, intake temp, EGT and more. Blows gauges away and reads directly from the ECU. Based on the excellent Delta Dash software, this readable pack pulls* it's information directly from the OBD port for real time monitoring. Water spray, shift alert and other great functions are included.
The units are manufactured by PSi3 but have many features and functions which are unique to these special units made for*Ecutek and incorporating*Ecutek software.* If you have bought PSi3 units in the past and had problems then please be aware that the quality is much improved and the mounting*has been completely re-designed and approved by Ecutek.*
The*one issue*which let down the PSi3 most was the clarity of the display. All of the EcuTeK Dash Display units feature a Vacuum Fluorescent Display which is clearer day and night and from all angles of view. As with our experience with the Ecutek team, the product exceeds their representation every time. Ecutek delivers more than they promise, which is why we have chosen them as our exclusive vendor for tuning product.
The best part is the ease of installation! The unit plugs into the OBDII diagnostic port for fast and easy set up.
Map Switch:
If the ECU has been programmed with the Map Switching functionality then the display will enable Map Switching to be operated and displayed on the unit.
*
Rev Limit:
This can also be easily switched between stock and custom rev limit from the display.
*
User Tune:
Parameters such as ignition, fuel, boost, VVT, rev limit and idle speed can all be adjusted if the ECU has been suitably configured.
*
The unit also incorporates displays for all the ECU functions and has user adjustable alarm and data recording facilities. Additional sensors can be added to display exhaust gas temperature and oil pressure to name but two.
This is an incredibly powerful unit and with the*additional functions that we have added it will become a must for all Subaru enthusiasts.

This is an amazing solution to the dilemma of \"what gauges should I get?\" that can be installed in 5 minutes (you never even pop the hood!) and yet gives you mountains of useful data. Not only does the data monitor track boost, coolant temp, EGT and a/f ratio with total precision, it also tracks many other types of data that you can\'t even buy a gauge for such as degree of knock correction, intake charge temp, engine load, ignition temperature and MAF flow!
Best of all, you can get this without cluttering up the inside of your car with a bunch of 2 Fast 2 Furious gauges, controls, pod-mounts and other junk. No one who has ridden in my car since I installed it has remarked on it -- they assumed it was built into the car from the factory!
Two downsides: the fit with the Subaru dash pod is about a B-; there are clear gaps on all four sides, though that might be the fault of the shoddy pod. Also, the display is tough to read with sunglasses on while in direct sunlight. At night, the display is gorgeous and matches the stock HVAC color green.
