This kit is designed to lock the front of the rear diff support outriggers where they mount to the body. Fitting this kit will reduce rear-end float under acceleration and drivetrain "thump" under hard gear changes.

Pros:
good long term pro-active upgrade
Cons:
upgrades the incredibly soft rubber bushings with poly bushings. I noticed a smoother shift in higher RPMs, and less noise from the rear when downshifting.

Pros:
does what its suppose to do- less thump when shifting hard

install for me was kinda wierd..
when i was installing it on my 04 wrx the bushing didnt seem like it was suppose to fit in the place its suppose to go in. the install was just a little pita since i had to hold the bushing in the right place while bolting everything back together.. all in all install went ok and performed how it was suppose to.

Pros:
Clear concise instructions.
Cons:
none apparent.
The addition of these bushings really changed how the shifter moves through each gear. No more grinding reverse, more of a positive feedback where you are more confident it is going in the gear you want.
I also feel that the clutch pedal is not mushy.
I would have done this earlier if I had known how much improved shifting is overall.

Easy install, solved a mysterious clunking sound
Cons:
Solved a clunking sound we got while shifting in my wife\'s 04. Good proactive upgrade. Every little bt helps.
