Pros:	cheap, gaskets worked perfect!
Cons:	2 flange bolts were too long

Pros:	Cheap and Flex
Cons:	None

Great piece for great price. Never had a problem and its been on the car for about 5k miles and one accident. A lot of people complain about the gaskets, I used one and had no problems.
