Pros: HOMELINK!!!!!
Cons: Huge

Finnally I don\'t have to reach in the glove box for a crappy battery operated garage door remote.

I like the dimming feature too. It goes through progessively darker shades of green then to an almost purple color.

I could care less about the compass. It looks like a GM/Ford thing. You can turn the compass and/or the auto-dimm on/off.

Mounting is easy. I got the mirror as a kit with the required adapter to make it work with the Impreza. You will need a philips and torx screwdriver to install.
