Pros: Pretty easy install
Cons: Expensive; Not a 'huge' gain in power

Installing an exhaust manifold is actually pretty easy. If you do change it out and you haven't put in an up-pipe, you mine as well do both at the same time. Anyway, I didn't notice a huge difference in power. I lost a little low end and gained a little top end. I didn't notice much of a difference in turbo spool...maybe 100 rpm's sooner then before. It did change the sound of the exhaust quite a bit. The car is much louder and has a really throaty tone to it. Does a lot more of the popping sound when you let off or are doing some high rev shifting. I wouldn't recommend getting this product unless you are planning on getting an aftermarket turbo, otherwise spend your money elsewhere.
