New service building, service manager seems great

Parts counter is REALLY slow
Not much experience with them, but service dept seemed to be good for dealer service. Went there for the seat-bolt recall. They were really quick & generally friendly all around. I told the service manager that I do most of my own service, & he handed me a printout of the service shedule for my car. That really impressed me.
The parts counter, however, wasn\'t so great. Took 30 minutes to find an uppipe gasket for me. In all fairness, not entirely their fault. The \'Subaru\' guy was out to lunch, so the \'Dodge\' guy was trying to find the stuff for me. Eventually he gave up & got a Subaru mechanic to find it. lol.

Bought my new Aspen White '06 WRX TR about two weeks ago. Dealt directly with the sales manager so I got to agree on a price really quickly. Buying experience was really great and simple, although it may have been because I actually signed the paperwork and picked up the car at 7:30PM which means that there wasn't really anyone else there. Follow-up by the dealership has also been great so far. I'll keep you posted on how their service dept. is once I get to use them.
