Description: The Kartboy Hangman Exhaust Hangers are a direct replacement for the stock pieces on all Subaru vehicles built in the recent past. The benefits of this modification are reduced swaying of both stock and aftermarket exhaust systems, and a longer life vs. natural rubber. These pieces were computer designed and analyzed to allow minimum movement, while retaining the stock packaging requirements. This product is sold in either Red or Black Urethane as individual pieces, or as a set of 4. This product may fit other brands of vehicles, but it is not intended to, so purchase with caution in this situation. Made in USA.

Pros: Very solid
Cons: Kind of annoying to install, recommended do it when you replace your exhaust

Very solid hangers. My HKS exhaust does not move at all now. Though I would suggest installing these hangers when you replace your exhaust because it is annoying at times(polyeurethane can be a *****).

Pros: good construction, materials
Cons:

Very good quality urethane hanger. Allows very little movement of the exhaust compared with marshmallowy stock rubber hangers. A good choice if you have 2.5" or larger exhaust tubing.

My only suggestion would be for Kartboy to put a slight chamfer on both sides of the hanger holes for easier installation.

I ordered directly from Kartboy.

Pros: More Engine Noise in the cabin compared to the stock rubber bits.
Cons: None

Since I have a GF8 with the 2.2 and micro-diameter one-piece stock exhaust (still) it was a little tight getting the one hanger foreward of the muffler to go in easily.

This is partly/mostly because I started with the two in the back, then the one all the way to the front before this last one, so no kidding there.

A little spray of silicone lubricant on all parts (metal and the polymer) made slipping them on a lot easier.

Pros: Nice and stiff, awesome fit and finish, Great look, Doesn't sag under heat
Cons: install can be a pain... but hey you only do that once

I installed an HKS catback a while ago and left the stock hangers on there... after a few months the stock rubber hangers would sag after an hour or so of driver (I'm guessing due to heat) and it would knock up against the swaybar.

These hangers are nice and stiff, the fit and finish are awesome, and they dont sag under heat, they also look great to compliment the exhaust in the underbody.

The install I can imagine would be a pain but I had some marine greese and they popped right on without any problems... actually had more trouble getting the old hangers off than the new ones on. probably would have been 10 times harder without the grease though.

Kartboy is awesome, I bought my short shift from them as well as my endlinks and I have been more than pleased with all of their products.

Pros: Tightens up the exhaust
Cons: Hard to get off down the orad

Great replacement for stock. Nice improvement in the stability of the exhaust system. Can be a pain to get back off down the road if you need to change any exhaust components.

Pros: Stiff and high quality
Cons: can be difficult to get on

Great idea when replacing your cat-back. My car only had 30k miles, and the original hangers were already becoming brittle and flexing more. These units are stiffer and don\'t allow movement nearly as much. They are very hard and look like they will never become brittle.

Pros: Stiff rubber, firmly holds exhaust in place
Cons: None

I\'m using these for my Borla cat-back. They fit perfectly and now when I grab the muffler and try to move it I can tell that it\'s not going anywhere. Might as well get these if you\'re gonna buy a new exhaust.

Pros: Solid. Quality
Cons: Install

these things saved my butt. I bought 4 but ended up only using one.

I got the long ones because my exhaust was banging the crap out of my car. It fixed the problem. I may get 3 short ones for the other 3 mounts and see what happens.

I wish they had a medium length. Something between stock size and the long ones. The long ones are long as hell and when installed on the back part of the exhaust it hangs down way to far. Looks like crap.

You have to lube the crap out of them to install them and when used with my perrin exhaust I had to trim the crap out of one of the holes...not an easy task without a dremel.

So yeah. Quality. I\'d get them standard size if you want your exhaust to sit right.

Pros: Good quality and fit
Cons:

I installed the short ones when I installed my catback and have noticed that my exhaust doesn\'t move at all. I have a large angled exit muffler and these hangers were perfect in keeping the muffler off the bumper.
