The white light of Cool Blue does more than help cars look good; its higher color temperature delivers improved nighttime visibility, helping drivers see better. SYLVANIA uses advanced coating technology to achieve a distinct look and to heighten the sensation of night driving with 100% street legal illumination.

Pros:
Inexpensive, available at most auto parts stores
Cons:
None
I tried a set of these when getting other parts at a local Kragen and was impressed. I\'ve tried many other colored bulbs and was let down by their overly blue tint and lack of light output. This is like a poor man\'s PIAA, though I don\'t like the tint as much as PIAA bulbs. But at $25/pair it\'s hard to beat. Sylvania quality also is more comforting than the Taiwanese colored bulbs found at most shops.

I have a low quality aftermarket projector light set up for my bug eye. Runs four H7 bulbs. 2 for low/ day and the other two on the high beams. i found there to be little differance but i still would get flashed from folks thinking my brights were on. i tossed a set of these in there for my highs and now when i get flashed they know for sure that my lows are the best of both evils.
