Description: "In addition to its bolder styling, Impreza WRX gains new sport-design front bucket seats with integrated head restraints that would not look out of place in a competition car."

-- WRXLinks.com

"Seating was comfortable, but this is a car that's rally-derived. There's no brand name to the seats, only "performance design," but they offered good side support whenever we wanted to throw the Sport Wagon around a tight curve. The support was both in the kidney area as well as in the seat area."

Pros: Recaro, Momo, or Sparco - esque
Cons: No leather option

I love the seats. They were a huge deciding factor in my purchase of the WRX. I\'ve always wanted to put Momo Street Racer seats in my last car but never got around to it. These have a similar feel but with more factory niceties. Mine even come equipped with seat heaters.

I find them very supportive and comfortable. Have driven in them for 6-hour stretches and was fine. Not super luxurious, but that\'s not the intent of these seats. My one real complaint is the lack of leather option as I feel the surface material could snag and look worn after a while. The sides however are of a nice ballistic nylon. I may do aftermarket leather later on. Other than that, I am completely happy with them.

Pros: Nice side bolstering, very sporty look
Cons: Material on center portion of seat

Very nice for a stock seat, looks like an after-market seat. Also, ready to accept a 4-point harness. Only thing is the material in the center section may snag and wears pretty easily.

Pros: Look, material, adjustability and ease of use
Cons: comfort, seat bolts suck

They are a great stock seat. Not something I\'d go out of my way to put in another car. I like that they don\'t have the stupid spin style seat adjustment like VW\'s.

The look is nice. The material is much better looking than the earlier wrx seats.

I don\'t like the lack of lumbar support of any kind. I\'m a big guy so these seats where kind of designed for me I think but I still don\'t get much support from them and they barely help hold you in the seat.

I like the comfort and support of the 02/03\'s much better.

Pros: has a racing seat feel to it, but not too tight
Cons: i canyon so i want it tighter

if you are buying a wrx, and you are into canyoning/autocross then get the lower option and upgrade the seat with bride/sparco/momo/whatever
