Description: Unique design that mounts to the dash and butts up next to the A-Pillar. Not the cheesy and cheap A-pillar mount design but a design that mounts to the dash via double sided tape(not included do to peoples preferences to tape thickness).

I have both 52mm and 60mm designs. Some color matching may be necessary but will come with a primer and top coat of closely matching semi-gloss black paint. Some dashes may be faded more than others and that is why you may have to do some colormatching. It is a very unique design that looks like it could have come from the factory. This is a heavy fiberglass item that is designed to follow the curve of the A-pillar and the dash.

Note*may fit 2.5RS but have not checked to see if it is the same dash and A-pillar so I will not say it fits the RS but it may. This item fits 2002-2004 WRX and STi (maybe RS).

Email (michaeljboehm@msn.com) with questions and I will do my very best to give you the correct answer and thanks for looking.

Pros: Nice solidly built and quality product.
Cons: Fiberglass smell when left in the hot sun (initially anyway, no longer does).

I was checking out the various dash mounted pods made by AVO and others and for the price, this one could not be beat ($59.00 Buy-it-now ebay price plus $6.00 shipping; others have bid and picked it up for less).

A very nice quality unit. Smooth construction. Great fit and finish. Looks like it belongs in the WRX. Even more so than the factory version (in my opinion). Not crazy about the double sided tape idea of holding it down, but it does work and isn\'t permanent should I change my mind later on or decide to sell it. My solution for the fiberglass smell on hot days in the sun is to cover it while parked and it no longer smells when I get back in the car.

EDIT: After having it for about a year now, I no longer smell the fiberglass in the hot sun anymore.

I have a VDO Vision \"Turbo\" gauge mounted in it and matches the looks of the MY04 dash very well. You can get one off his ebay auctions or email him direct. Either way, I\'d highly recommend his product.
