Some products are really backordered.
I shipped my ECU off for a reflash and it was flashed and shipped back the same day. They delivered exactly what they promised and the AccessECU stage 2.0 product has been great. Highly recommended.

Customer service is good, their website is easy to get around. I ordered two items from their site. They didn\'t have one of the items I wanted after I ordered it, so their customer service called and informed me of this immediately which was nice.

Called and told them what I had done - they did not laugh (that\'s enough for the 10)
Sent it in and it was back in less than a week. Cost less that I had thought it would
