Pros: less understeer
Cons:

A good upgrade for a mostly stock suspensioned RS. Makes a good difference in handling. Still mild enough for driving in snow where the back can be brought around nicely.

Pros: more neutral handling
Cons: less compliance over bumps

I installed one on my 98 wagon, after I had already lowered it. It complemented the struts/springs nicely, and made the rear roll even less.
