Pros:
I got my car back
Cons:
Everything else
My car was making a disconcerting noise when turning right under acceleration. I called Ann Arbor Subaru since they were the closest dealer. I explained to them on the phone that I was a student who used my car to commute and they assured me they could at least find the problem in a day. I made arrangements to borrow my friends truck for the day and dropped my car off the a few days later (I had an appointment) at opening. I re-iterated that I needed the car back after a day and tried to explain the problem. The employee was extremely rude and wouldn\'t listen to me and brushed me off like some punk kid and assured me they could find the problem and would call me when the car was done. I called them back at the end of the day. They explained that hadn\'t been able to look at the car but they could probably get to it tomorrow. It was of course a huge blizzard at this point and they closed in 20 min. I told them I would come to pick up the car but it would probably take 30 min and they told me they were leaving regardless but would leave the keys in the car. After struggling to get my friends RWD bimmer to the dealer I retrieved my car and saw that at least some employees were still there. They were rude, lied to me, and treated me like I was incompetent. I hope Ann Arbor Subaru burns to the ground, I truly do. I took it to Hodges after that and couldn\'t be happier with their service.
