They sell a lot of Subarus here in Reno and you can tell. While they are eager to sell you a car they are not quite as eager to keep you as a customer. Whether it's an oil change or question I am always kept waiting at least a couple of minutes. Sure they have all the posters "Here to serve you", "Quick for customers". I really wish they would get their priorities straight. As far as warranty issues don't even bother.

I bought my car from Lithia way back in 2000 new off the lot. Typical car buying experience. They tried to jerk me around and get me to pay too much. In the end we settle on a good deal for both parties and I was satisfied. I\'ve only used their service department once. Nothing exceptional to be sure, but it was alright I suppose.
