Pros:
Great craftmanship, awesome sound

Not a damn thing
Ultra stiff cone, works in smallish enclosures and looks great. I have 2 of these running in a ported enclosure vented through the rear deck. My only complaint is that my body panels rattle now =)
I used Polk speakers at home and am extremely happy with them, this is why I chose polk for my suby.
Both are running off a faily conservative 500w @ 2ohms and pound out enough bass to set off alarms, yet at low volumes, the sound quality is still there.
