Pros: Great \"PSSSST\" sound and easy to adjust the settings.
Cons: The instruction was is Japanese

This was the first mod that I did to my 04 WRX. I wanted the pssst sound. This was a fairly easy install if you are planning to vent 100%. But if you plan to have it recirulate the air then you need to install teh silver recirulation pipe. If you do this then you can barely hear the \"PSSSST\" sound.

Pros: Nice Sound
Cons: Stalling problem?

I\'m not sure of which version (Greddy Type S or Type RS) is posted in the picture. However I bought the Greddy Type RS for my 05 STi. I installed it and took it for a drive; like the warning said in the manual, if stalling occurs, stiffen the spring, and I stalled.

I stiffened the spring and tried again, stalled. I set it to the stiffest setting, still stalled. If you want it to prevent from stalling then you would need to reroute it, but then you can barely hear it, so might as well use the stock by-pass valve. Unless you have done some major tuning and require a better BOV then go aftermarket. Otherwise just avoid it, it\'s not really worth it.

Pros: Not too loud. adds some pretty.
Cons: Not too loud. adds no performance when stock-ish

A buddy of mine gave me the kit when I first bought my 03. A couple beers later it was on the car. When you boost hard then lift you can hear it a little bit (when it's recirculated; I hear it's loud when it's not). It is what it is. Adds a little purple to the blue, too.
