As with all user-installable system upgrades, we recommend that you take a step-by-step approach when climbing the performance ladder. This means that it is a good idea to start with our Stage Zero offering and move on up from there if you feel the need for even more performance. While it may be tempting to jump into our highest output system, taking the step-by-step upgrade approach often yields the most satisfying results.
Stage Sub-Zero (260HP)..........$650
It's here! And it took us by surprise. We are very satisfied with the results. A whopping 30-35 flywheel horsepower gain for under $800 and sub-5 minute installation time. Consisting of no more than a Vishnu Re-Mapped ECU, our Stage Sub-Zero kit will do everything right. Expect healthy power and torque gains, slightly higher boost pressures, much quicker boost response as well as higher RPM and boost limits. Stage Sub-Zero delivers exceptional performance with virtually no compromise. Just smooth, consistent and perfectly safe power from idle to redline. We need to have your factory ECU shipped to us for reflashing. There is no core exchange available.
Stage 2 (340-350HP).....$4245*
Months of dyno testing and on-the-road tuning has finally given birth to the ultimate in vice-less performance. With performance levels rivaling that of exotic supercars, this WRX package will, without a doubt, exceed your wildest expectations. Included is all of our Stage One components with the addition of an upgraded turbocharger and larger drop-in fuel injectors. This package proves that sheer output and reliability are not mutually exclusive when engineered correctly. But peak hp figures alone don't do justice to the remarkable torque gains throughout the powerband. We need to have your factory ECU shipped to us for reflashing. There is no core exchange available.

Pros:
Easy install, good power gains, better driveability than stock
Cons:
some fitment issues, xede not for the fainthearted
The STi stage one is very nice. Needed some tuning for my needs and situation and the xede, while powerful, is not for the fainthearted. Had a bit of a fitment issue with cat-back section of my exhaust and O2 sensor placement as well.
Overall, much better driveability than stock. Good power gains.

STi - 04, XEDE computer (Stage Sub zero,v340 fuel map), no other mods yet.
Very easy to install,
Performance gain is remarkable.
Midrange power/torque significantly improved and the top end feels like nitrus, (I should have done this a long time ago...)
No guessing, someone else has done all the work and testing for you, you are not a ginny pig, \"plug and play\"
I give this thing 3 thumbs up.
Special thanks to Calvin and Shiv for helping me understand some of the more complex operations,
Laptop interface is always impressive to others... (If you\'re a show off like me).
I also have the full exhaust with downpipe coming (§tage 1, v370), I\'ll post something on that once it is installed.
OK... Full exhaust installed... WOW.
Well worth the money. I can now easily pull away from my buddy\'s Stock Sti. My D-pic is calculating approx 300 Dynamic Wheel HP (Dynamis is usually lower than static) which at the very least confirms the gain stated by vishnu (70 crank HP). and my 0-60 is also easily below 5 seconds even on a medeocre launch.
One thing... If your neigourghs did not like you when you when you had a cat back exhaust, now they will shoot you... (price paid for Vishnu(perrin) catless Downpipe $400, and the cat back exhaust I already had (Bolrla XR-1) $500, for a total of $1900 for the full stage 1 (v370) system
2 Thumbs up to Vishnu.
