Pros:
Infinately adjustable, pretty easy install, great with gc\'s
Cons:
a little pricey and you need to kill the oem struts
Besides the high price and having to cut and gut your oem struts, this is a great product. I use mine with Ground Control coil overs and Ground Control top hats in the front and Noltec tops in the rear. Along with an alk kit you can set this car up to handle incredibly well on the track with lots of cambers and at least -3degrees caster. If you plan on tracking the car this is a great way to go.

Pros:
Can be installed with any height w/o voiding warranty, great shocks, works perfect
Cons:
cutting open stock struts is a PITA w/o a sawsall
Cutting stock struts is a pita, try and locate a sawsall. I also am using these with Ground Control coil sleeves and it's terrific. When I get them revalved, I'd want to make them a bit stiffer though.

Pros:
Awesome performance, easy adjustments
Cons:
PITA to install. I opted to have mine done professionally
Recently I replaced my stock struts with the Koni adjustable strut inserts. (purchased through Crucial Racing)
All I can say is WOW!! What an awesome combo is Crucial Springs/Koni Struts!
This is the setup to have for your daily driver/autocrosser/occasional-track- day car. Your kidneys will thank you.
Coilovers, while great on the track, cannot compete on the street where road irregularities will have you skittering sideways. I cannot believe how great this car sticks in the turns now.
Around town I usually keep the Konis on the softest setting which I believe equals the stock setup for comfort while at the same time performing much better. When I want to go play on the twisties, a simple and easy adjustment really really stiffens 'em up for incredible performance.
The install is def a pita though. I looked over the diy for the install and decided it was pushing the envelope for my abilities. Not wanting to take the chance on such an important part, I went with a pro install.
I am very happy with this setup
