Pressure salesmanship, past experiences
I would rate Roseville a little higher based off of my recent experiences there. The staff has almost completely turned over, and there are some good people there now. Eric in internet sales, and other guy I met there on the sales staff who is very club friendly. I\'d have to say that past experiences tarneshed my views towards this shop, but they have been improving steadily since ~2000.

Pros:
Very Professional Salesman by Eric. Had color/options I wanted on the floor.
Cons:
High mileage for a new car (125 miles!!).
I went to carsdirect.com to get a price on an \'05 STi.
Without telling him the $$, Eric (Internet Sales)beat it by several hundred $s. The whole process was quick and painless...the way buying a car should be.

Service department isn\'t connected to website
Autowest gave me the best price, the lowest pressure, and Eric Rasmusson the Internet Manager was incredibly patient and easy going. I would easily recommend the dealer and I make the trip up 80 to Roseville from Sac for service even when 3 other Subaru dealers are closer.
